About the job

As a receptionst, you are a vital member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. You are the first and last face our new and returning clients will see, so providing a good experience for them is a must!
This role requires a high level of professionalism, technical skill, and a customer-focused approach to ensure each client's comfort and satisfaction as from start to finish. Our receptionist will contribute to creating a positive, comforting and welcoming environment within the studio while upholding the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Your role is crucial to our studio as we rely on you for the overall organization and flow!

JOB DUTIES

  • Welcoming clients, and creating a relaxing, positive atmosphere for all.

  • Administrative tasks such as booking appointments, filing, data input, ingoing and outgoing calls, inventory logging.

  • Cleaning duties. Keeping common areas clean, such as front of store, reception desk, and restroom. (sweeping, mopping, windows, organizing, and restocking snacks for clients.)

  • Upselling services.

  • Upselling retail.

  • Opening and closing the store.

  • Educate clients on services, pre and post care, and retail products.

  • Handling money.

  • Teamwork.

  • Working in a fast paced environment.
